• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is $1,000 per month (billed monthly) or $800 per month (billed annually at $9,600/year). Prices are subject to change with notice.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wow Factory and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
